So this is what I came up with!!

So after looking at the Nugget purses, I just needed more!! So I changed sizes, altered the insides and created these absolutely adorable gift card holders.....

So I found this totally cute template on the Chic N Scratch website.... totally amazing site, full of ideas.... you should check it out here. I made these two little ones, quite quickly. Thought they were fun, and cute but needed more!

I finally used the cherries fom Hello Kitty greetings... I just love the cut, and really wanted to use it on a full size card, and I did!!! Made 3 of these also!

Halloween in August

Still working on craft fair stuff and all of them seem to be right around Halloween, so I thought I better put together a few Halloween cards to take as well. So these are what I came up with, made three of each of these as well. I really like the pumpkin, have to figure out some more ways to use it, and as you can tell I am getting FULL use out of my paper today!! I just love the background striped paper! Good thing I have a couple more sheets!

Christmas in August

I am trying to work on Christmas cards for my upcoming craft fairs, as most people seem to be looking for Christmas items at the fairs. So I made each of these and then made three of each. I really like the Christmas tree one, but I am peeved with myself for not embossing the tree, so there will be more of these with more pop in the future!! And I love the snowman, and will definately use him again with different color combos.

Yellow and Black

So I am drawn to black with white and any other bright color really, so in turn I use a lot of black and white in my card making and then usually throw in a bright color.... and lately it's been a lot of yellow!! Maybe the Tour de France has inspired me... with Lance and his Livestrong colors! I don't know but I really like the combo. I think it just POPS....

Hello Kitty Greetings!

So I bought this cartridge at Christmas time, or rather I exchanged a cartridge to get this one. So I have had it for awhile, and spent very little time with it! I have decided today that it is DEFINATELY one of my most favorite cartridges. So the first card I made, was a set of two very simple birthday cards. I wanted them to be very simple and sleek, so I cut the cupcake in all white and black with just a red cherry. I embossed, and then added a ribbon and matching jewels. I really like them both, for a simple card

So I figure if I am going to go to craft fairs this year again, I need to get started on my Christmas cards.... so here I went. I am making two of everything I do. And yet again I am totally in love with Brad Buddies.

More Little Somethings

So I picked up a package of Martha Stewart Cupcake embellishments, I have been looking at them for awhile and just kept looking.... hate to buy things at full price and her stuff is just never on sale. So I used my 40% off coupon at Michaels, came right home and used the whole package. I am loving these little cards, they will make the perfect addition to a gift bag or present top.

So in between waiting for vet calls and pacing the floors, I made these little cards. The start of a whole pile of them for my craft fairs this year! They are perfect to add to a gift bag, top of a present, or a lunchbox for a quick note!

So the last couple of weeks around here have been a little tough. I have had a really sick kitty and been nursing him back to health. Milo seems to have turned a corner in the last couple of days and seems to be doing MUCH better!! YIPPPEEE!!

Halloween Cards

So I know it's a little early for Halloween Cards, but I am headed to craft fairs right around that time so I am going to need a variety of holiday cards as well as everyday!! So this is the start of Halloween cards!!

So I haven't had much time to craft lately... and so today after a quick trip to the Mall this morning, the dear husband went for a bike ride which left me time to head out to my dusty craft desk and put some stuff together!! Still on a brad buddies kick.... so trying to use one of everything I've got!!

Diaper Cake.... Mailable

So I made another Diaper Cake this weekend as well.... been a busy one!! I get asked to do these things and I can't say NO..... I need to learn to say NO, but it just doesn't seem to be in my vocabulary. I guess what the heck though it's extra cash right?!?!? So I'm not totally sure that I love this one... I made it with very few diapers and it had to only be two tiers as it is being mailed and had to fit into two flat rate boxes... I had pink, yellow, and green to work with equally kind of crazy colors to combine but I think it turned out ok? It was strange to not have three layers and make it on a smaller scale.
